WHY ME?

Hello creative genius. Yes, you! No need to be shy about it. I’m Morena. Founder, Owner and Creative Virtual Assistant behind Click Creative VA and organisation is my passion. Yes, you read that right. From to-do lists to itineraries and every post-it in-between, there isn’t a project worth knowing about that I’m not on top of. But who cares about that? Any Virtual Assistant worth their exquisite stationery collection knows that stuff, right? But here’s the secret. I’m a creative type too. My early career started in the design team for an award-winning interiors agency. From the development of the Dakota hotel brand to suite refurbishments at the world-class Gleneagles Hotel. Faced with redundancy during the 2008 recession, I later fell into the world of events. Interior designer turned events manager with an international portfolio of projects across Canada, Europe, and the UK. Whether it’s weddings, pop-up events, snowboarding championships, conferences, launch parties and VIP soirees, I’m here. I just happen to be one of those odd balls that enjoys a good budget session as much as I love planning a Grand Designs-worthy renovation project. I now have four home renovation projects under my belt. My past experiences have instilled my drive to support creatives across these dynamic industries. So, when you suddenly need time, space and resources to develop a new idea, I completely get it. And I’ll be here to help. Or if you need help selecting the best photos taken at a recent event, that’s no problem either. I’m here to let you do your thing so whether it’s taking the boring stuff away or helping with the bigger picture. Whatever works for you. As a creative genius, the last thing you want is for that fizzy, creative juice to end up flatter than an old bottle of Fanta, as you wade through your expenses, or any of the other million things that take time away from what you’re actually good at. With a virtual assistant, you only pay for the work completed. You can also say goodbye to employee overheads (national insurance, office space, benefits, pension, holiday, sick pay). I offer a range of services and packages tailored to your needs. If the above list does not include the service you need, please get in touch to discuss your requirements. 

Packages

RATES

BY THE HOUR: 

I charge a standard hourly rate of £35p/h and track my time. To ensure transparency, a time-tracking report will be provided detailing the specific hours dedicated to each aspect of work.

PROJECT:

Depending on your specific requirements, it can often be easier to agree a project rate or fixed price for a particular task or project. We can discuss the details of your project and agree whether to move forward with an hourly rate, or overall project rate.

RETAINER:

Retainer packages  give you a pre-paid, guaranteed number of hours per month.  I keep track of my time and let you know when you're nearing your limit. Starting from a minimum of 10 hours per month, I can customise a package to best suit your needs.

Should you wish to build a one-off bespoke or monthly package, please get in touch to discuss your needs.

Please note, any out of hours work or last minute requests will be charged at a rate of £40 per hour.
